We have an active Parent Teacher Association at Teacher Gloria Omololu Institute Parent. The PTA helps us reach for the summit as a school community. We believe that a strong partnership between parents, school, businesses and community is essential to the overall success of our school.

PTAs serve as a type of forum where the community, parents, teachers, administrators, and local businesses and organizations discuss ways to promote quality education, strive to expand the arts, encourage community involvement, and work for a healthy environment and safe neighborhoods. PTAs work for children. PTAs meet together, study problems, support teachers, volunteer in schools, attend workshops on parenting and become informed on issues regarding children and youth. As a result, PTA members become better parents, teachers and citizens.

It is mandatory for every family and teacher to be a member of the PTA. You become a member by filling out a PTA membership application and paying a $20.00 membership fee per term. This fee is used by the PTA to conduct fundraising efforts that support our school.
