Aretha Morgan, Grade 5-6 Teacher
Teacher Aretha enters her second year at TGOI from Guyana. Last school year her students averaged 80% in the Anguilla test of standards in both Literacy and Mathematics. Teacher Aretha has not only achieved significant academic gains with her students, but has committed extra time in TGOI's diagnostic assessment and remediation efforts and the development of our Anguillian Social Studies curriculum.

Wendy Dublin - Grade 3 Teacher
Tr. Wendy received her teacher training at the Cyril Potter College of Education in Guyana. She also acquired a Certificate in Education and a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Guyana. Teacher Wendy is an experienced teacher who served in a number of Guyana’s primary schools from the position of a Pupil Teacher up to an Assistant Principal. She also functioned as a script writer and announcer in mathematics and social studies for the Broadcast to Schools programme in Guyana. Teacher Wendy was recruited by The Chad Science Academy in New Jersey USA where she was a 7th and 8th grade teacher. She later taught at The Clark School in New Jersey. While in USA, she was also engaged as a councilor and site coordinator of The East Orange YMCA After School Programme. Teacher Wendy joined the Omololu family in January of 2010 and with great enthusiasm began preparing her Grade 3 students for the National Test of Standards. She is also tasked with coordinating After School Activities at T.G. O. I.
Racquel Graham - Grade 4 Teacher
Teacher Racquel comes to TGOI from Manchester, Jamaica, where she taught Special Needs Education at the Llandilo School of Special Education. She received her diploma in Special Needs Education from Sam Sharpe Teachers College and has served students at the Jamaica Association for Children with Learning Disabilities, ranging from Down syndrome, Mental retardation, schizophrenia to Deafness. She was a Jamaica Values and Attitudes Participant, volunteered in the Special Olympics over the past four years, and was a member of the Centre for Advancement of Special Needs Individuals.
Althea Rychlin Johnson, 1-2 Grade Teacher

Tr. Althea completed her studies in Guyana. She attended Christ Church Secondary School, immediately after which she assumed her teaching career. After pursuing teacher-training at Cyril Potter's College Of Education, she taught for ten years and continues to devote her time and skills to teaching young people. She has volunteered as a unit leader, project coordinator and counsellor with the President Youth Award Republic of Guyana (P.Y.A.R.G). She intends to continue her educational studies by pursuing a Bachelors degree in education through the University Of The West Indies Distance Program.
