Aretha Morgan, Grade 5-6 Teacher
Teacher Aretha enters her second year at TGOI from Guyana. Last school year her students averaged 80% in the Anguilla test of standards in both Literacy and Mathematics. Teacher Aretha has not only achieved significant academic gains with her students, but has committed extra time in TGOI's diagnostic assessment and remediation efforts and the development of our Anguillian Social Studies curriculum.

Du'Charm Archer - Kindergarten Teacher
Du'Charm was born in Germany and grew up in Ann Arbor Michigan. She later attended the University of Michigan and graduated with a dual degree in Africana Studies and American Culture. While in college, Du'Charm studied abroad in Ghana and the Dominican Republic. After graduating from college, Du'Charm moved to Harlem where she taught Kindergarten and first grade for three years. Du'Charm moved to Ethiopia for a year where she taught at a teacher's training college before moving back to New York City. She taught Global History at a boy's high school in Harlem for five years and earned her Master's Degree in Elementary Education from City College. Du'Charm enjoys traveling, listening to music and writing.
Racquel Graham - Grade 3-4 Teacher
Teacher Racquel comes to TGOI from Manchester, Jamaica, where she taught Special Needs Education at the Llandilo School of Special Education. She received her diploma in Special Needs Education from Sam Sharpe Teachers College and has served students at the Jamaica Association for Children with Learning Disabilities, ranging from Down syndrome, Mental retardation, schizophrenia to Deafness. She was a Jamaica Values and Attitudes Participant, volunteered in the Special Olympics over the past four years, and was a member of the Centre for Advancement of Special Needs Individuals.
Tamara Young, Pre-School & Pre-Kindergarten

Teacher Tamara comes to us from St.Vincent and the Grenadines. Teacher Tamara has three years of experience in education receiving her training from St. Vincent Teachers' College. She has a special interest in the education and development of children as well as the area of literacy. She has worked with children of all ages while serving as a teacher's aide at the Lauders Primary school.
